I used the services of Leo Packers and Movers for moving goods from Mumbai to Delhi. The goods were packed on 8th July and promised date was 15th July. But the goods only reached me 29th July - a delay of 14 days from the promised date.
Per, the person in Delhi(Shukla), the driver of the vehicle was not contactable but the Mumbai guys(Yogesh) was in touch with the driver and said that the truck had some mechanical problem and took two days to get corrected. If that excuse was not enough, he said that the because the road is bad, the truck had problems three more times and this cost 10 days.
I connected with the CEO(Vinod Shah) who says that there is a shortage of drivers in the country and which is why the consignment was late. When I said that his staff was talking about truck problems, he says that because drivers are short, there are truck problems. I can understand why this packer gets such a low review,
