Would like to share you the worst ever experience I had with Leo Packers and Mover Hyderabad.(Hyderabad to Bangalore)
Guys though other packers charge a bit high but go for reputed ones so that you will not get tension till your products are deliver’d. I have noticed people go for low quotation but they are being charged high later on and also the amount of pressure you go through will definitely make you feel worse.
One of the worst Manager/SPOC from Leo I spoke to from Hyderbad. His name was Sharma and promised me many things over call. ALso said dont go with other providers as outside world are cheaters and they provide best service. But he proved that he was first in the list.
DUring packing the luggage they informed their service persons will be responsible to pack and arrange them in the destination as well.
After going through many feedbacks decided to go with Leo as per their Reviews. But my bad I chose wrong packers.
Till my luggage was packed the Leo packers guys were treating me as a valuable customer.
Once my luggage was packed and I paid them the amount, the real story started.
The guys who were packing started demanding for 350 saying that its compulsory, but no bill. I called the Leo service person and he said its part of some billing stuff. He in addition said that I had 2 additional boxes and charging 2500.00 for it. Though It was informed to me that I can add one or two boxes it should not be a concern. When I started arguing they informed to collect my luggage and pay me for the cardboards, items and people who visited my location to pack. The guy(Sharma) was very rude and dint ever bother to follow up with me about the delivery as well.
I had to make calls many a times to check the status of the delivery.
During the time of delivery rather than Leo packers someone else visited my location(Supreme Packers) and mentioned that my luggage was delivered to them.
-Leo packers promised that they would be the one delivering the goods and their people will assemble the goods properly but as different packers came and they deliver’d the products in bad manner.
THey were not showing respect to customer and throwing the goods in front of us. Also I had one item missing and when asked about it, they said to check with Leo.
Everytime I called the Leo no response.
The guys who deliverd did inform me that, its quite common and as I paid more money and full payment was done. So they will obviously ignore as they got fulfulled.
Guys My advise
Never make full payment till the goods are deliver’d.
Rather than calling the packers on phone better ask the person to visit your location and then go for quotation.
Ensure you get all the necessary bills handy and enquire with them 2-3 times till you get your doubts cleared and then make 50-60% of the bill amount.
Inform the packers to deliver only from their service rather than getting deliverd from other sources.
Ensure they assemble it properly if they promised to do so.
