I had booked for a pickup at 12 noon. Till 3 pm, the vehicle had not come. On calling, they told me they are still unloading at some other location and they will reach in 30 mins. I had to wait almost half a day and cancel. Shameless people. I don’t want to give one star too. irresponsible
