I recently went on a trip with Leo Travels in Noida, and it was the worst experience of my life.
To start off, the company was unorganized and disorganized. The communication was terrible, and we were given wrong information multiple times. They did not provide us with the promised amenities, and the promised itinerary was changed at the last minute.
The vehicles provided to us were in a poor condition and were not maintained properly. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They ignored our requests and showed a lack of care.
The food served was disgusting and tasteless. It was cold and stale, and the hygiene levels were poor. We were also not provided with proper bottled water, and the drinking water provided to us was contaminated.
The hotel provided to us was also in a terrible state. The room was dirty and not maintained properly. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathrooms were not hygienic. The hotel staff was also rude and unhelpful.
Overall, my experience with Leo Travels in Noida was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise others to avoid Leo Travels.
