It used to be this fabulous joint. You could be downstairs during the rains andenjoy the beer or go up to the a/c during the summer. The problem is that ever since Mid-Day, a local paper, did a favourable review, the waiters have become more obnoxious than the ones you find in 5-star joints. They were always indifferent but now it’s down right rude. They seem to think they’re doing you a favour by allowing you to sit there while they ignore frantic gestures by you (all you want is a glass of water!).
The upstairs used to have a minuscle dance floor which they’ve eliminated and put in chairs and tables instead. That’s ok. except the big speakers are still there so you can’t hear yourself think and neither can you focus as the strobe lights/disco lights are still there. By the time you sit for five minutes you don’t need a drink to be dizzy, deaf and disoriented!!!
Don’t go there. BOYCOTT!!!!!!!!!!!
p.s.the beer glass isn’t even chilled!
