Extremely horrible customer service experience! The staff are really arrogant and careless! Me and my friend were made to sit at a table which was really filthy by the previous customers! When we requested to clean it, the staff rudely said "why didn’t you guys yourself move to some cleaner table instead of requesting us to clean this one"!
Then upon the movement, we had to constantly remind about our order to the staff as they took it really casually to serve anything!
Very very disappointing customer service!! Will never return to this, maybe they’ve become complacent with them being a popular cafe now!
