I used this phone and found that it is totally waste of money after purchasing it.
I got several problems with this phone and the brand was just unknown I got this phone as a gift for advertising purpose.
I used a SIM card in this phone and the network in this phone is always below than average. I used best mobile operator but the network strength is still same. And in the areas which is not much developed then there is no network strength whereas other phones shows network with good strength in same area. This shows how bad bandwidth it provides.
I contacted their customer care representative for this problem and also the display fluctuates sometimes. But my none of the problem was solved and they even haven’t sent any representative for checking. I tried contacting again but they blocked my number I tried contacting with other number but they haven’t picked my call.
I am totally disappointed with the services of this phone. I will recommend not to buy this Lephone W7.
