But you will get nothing here, the fact is you will get hired for technical support staff but management & company will force you to do more upsale, you will get target to hit,
no. of upsale if target will not hit then they will hit you & kick you out from the company.
JOB Security: Everyone wants a secure job, but this Org. can terminate VP, Manager, Assit Manager any time & for any reason, imagine if manager Jobs are not secure here than how you will survive here,
In team meeting even TLs keep force & focus only on upsale & nothing else,
No policy to stand up here, Zero value & respect for employee,
-No Microwave in canteen, its like Municipal & third class infrastructure no tissue paper in Toilet,
-if you join then you have to pray every day to survive here,
-Transport: all rejected & scrape & outdated Tata sumos vehicles are here for pick & drop
-Salary: doesn’t credit on time.
-You have to extend your shift if less upsale or zero
-You will get abused on floor in front of other employees(MCBC are very common)
-HR Team: HR team don’t do any thing on employee prospective,
-Employees, TLs & managers are asked to leave or else get pink slip for no reason.
-Zero security, if you will get sick here no place to take rest, no one will give you half day or sick leave,
-Technical support staff are force to take more remote session at the same time rather than their capability & result getting refund & charge back from customer & that tech staff will responsible for that, refund & get feedback or abused.
what ever contribution you will do here no one will come & support you,
Good thing is if you leave this Org then you will feel oh GOD, is it a company or Karkhana or machinery work shop,
HR are here only for decoration & Showoff only, if you dint get exp letter on time no other compnay will count your exp on paper
In real its a joke to work here no, to be honest no one is happy to work here because wihtin less than 2-3 months nearly all TLs & tenured employees left the job from tech floor only 1 or 2 are left, then can run away any time,
Work enlivenment: Employee relation with Tl & managers & vice versa is like a joke or public who are working at Kirana shop they get treated well but here zero value, they dont know what respect stands for.
Stressful & can’t breath well till the time you work here,
No incentive paramtter for solving cases & resolving issues,
Only if hit upsale you wll get some litter chiller which is not worth even buying peanuts,
In rainy session you have to climb on table to enter in building.
No place to relax or refresh
Emplyees who are left the job they all are lucky & very happy & proud to say I left leser,
Dirty Canteen with limited food, if you dont bring tiff-en then you have to hungry here for entire day,
If you join then you have to struggle & if you resign then have to struggle more to get exp latters, FnF etc,
in short you dream something for future & some expectation every month after getting salary like EMI etc, wants growth in designation & in life, wants a peaceful & corporate work culture, stress free, lot of opportunities to prove your self with combined skill set &
wants to work with organization who fullfil what they do promise & you don’t want to raise complain for salary discrepancy every month till the time you work.
then this is not the right place for you.
