I ordered a Micro max 3G sim reader for Internet Access (a dongle), order no.: LSB-1035149. Firstly the product arrived quite late. Secondly the product is not working at all, sometimes its not even detected by the computer and when it’s detected it does not dial. All the more, after I have started using the data card my computer suffered many blue screen errors and hangs. And when I contacted letsbuy about the condition of the product they asked me to take to the micromax service center. I really had a very bad experience with the micromax centers before and really do not want to go through that again.
Moreover, the product was already dead when I received it, so it should letsbuy responsibility to either replace it take back my order. Because the return of order (after checking) just after taking the delivery is not allowed so how are can we avoid this fraud products anyway.
Never buy from Letsbuy, instead flipkart is much better.
