I might never use letsbuy again

First let me tell u my order id lsb 597342 that I eventually bought

I had ordered an hp mini netbook from lets buy using cash on delivery (cod). Story begins like this I was new to e commerce and found the cheapest prices on letsbuy so ordered a product on it on cod .was happy with the purchase delivery time was for 4-7 working days .waited for two weeks then checked the account details on letsbuy and was shocked to see that my account had two orders of the same product and both not shipped, now panicked called up customer care and cancelled one order and asked for the delivery time other they said in next two days . after two days no delivery of the product called up cust and cancelled the order.

one friend suggested flipkart and ordered the same product and got in two days.

Then began my journey of online purchase. After some time when I had full trust in these websites thanx to flipkart after few purchases decided to give letsbuy another chance. This time I left an item on my cart of lets buy to decide whether to buy it later on or not. Ten minutes later receive a sms your order is being processed then called up customer care and cancelled the order.

Now comes the order which I paid for and the product I am using lsb 597342

ordered this from letsbuy again being deceived by their cheap prices. The delivery time was 2-3 days but got the product in about 12 days but the deal was so attractive was worth the wait but here comes the surprise the netbook I received was about 9 month old manufacturing and the box had marks and tapes pasted allover it was obvious it had been opened before so much for their promises of brand new sealed products . decided to be happy that atleast I got it after reading the reviews .since then I have never placed an order with them.

sorry letsbuy for the harsh review but its the truth and would u believe I wrote this review from the same hp netbook u sent me .

i had bought hp mini netbook 3609 tu+ a data card(free) for 14000
