I "HATE" letsbuy.com. I ordered a product which they did not deliver untill 6-7 days, when I called they said they have dispatched and when I took details of courier from them and called the courier guys, they said they have not received any dispatches from them. Also three days later when I called Lets buy again they said they have just dispatched although they still did not dispatch my order nor the Customer Support staff was very helpful.
Hate them!!! It was some1’s birthday gift and they ruined the day for me and his special gift...
