No delivery on prepaid order even after a month.

I, myself ordered a Samsung digital camera from letsbuy, on 24 jan 2012, order no no. lsb-806029, and not received the same as of now, after giving several calls to customer care no, each time I was told to wait for 24-48 hours, got no response and phone call from them till now, I guess they are some frauds, I am just planning to take up some legal action against them. Never buy a product from let’sbuy, specially prepaid orders.
