Spice mi720

I’ve ordered spice mi720 but I cant received the product yet customercare executive said its in out of stock it will be reached to next weak after  I placed order ....a name of  good companie will survive upon customer satisfaction ive order on 7-9-11 on order time they didnt mentioned time to delivery is 10 days after I ordered they told me to wait for 10 days ...they also told an apologise for it but what apologise can do to me ...i cant gift my brother on date in my home...will any onegive me  idea to get this quickly.
