I have very bad experience with letsbuy.com.
Customer Service is worst and not knowledgeable. I sent two emails to Customer Service four days back but did not get any reply till today. I called up their number but after trying for 15 minutes I was able to speak with someone. Customer Service rep says the person who monitors email is on leave for two days that is why you did not get the reply. This online store is also closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Anyways, before placing an order I called customer service and they confirmed that the camera is in stock and they can ship by tomorrow. As I reside in UP, site asks to send Form 32 through courier before placing order. (Hassle! I dont know what this Form 32 is!). I called customer service again to know about this Form 32, even lady did not have any idea about this Form 32. She committed to arrange a call back for me within one hour. I waited for two hours and then I called up again. Lady said she is asking from courier service. I asked could I come to your office and collect the camera from there, lady said she needs to confirm from senior and again committed the call back. This time she called me back and said camera is not in stock. :)
What is the point of having low price if you dont have the item and why customer service confirmed the availability at first place. Beware of letsbuy.com customer service.
