Poor Delivery

On 5th April 2012, I made a purchase( Order no: LSB-974959) on LetsBuy. But to my surprise, the item that I ordered on LetsBuy has not yet being shipped.  The customer Care has no clue why there is a delay and they have just one standard response i.e:Please wait". This indicates that there is no linkage between the logistics and the customer care department and the customer care is not able to give the right update. Poor Showing!
