I had ordered Transcend JetFlash 600 16GB Pen Drive from letsbuy on 20-03-2012.(through prepaid method)
Usually HS18, Smartshoppers and other online shopping websites deliver the products to my address in 4-5 days so I waited for 4 days to get any tracking number of a courier service from letsbuy.
But it was showingIn Process under theOrder Status section on Letsbuy.com website.
So I sent an e-mail to letsbuy but they replied after 2 days saying that your complain has been registered.
I again waited for couple of days but it was still showingIn Process on their website.
This time I called then and explained my problem.
The customer representative told me that the product will be delivered to me on Monday.
Its Wednesday today, (28-03-2012) and I havent yet received the pen drive. And guess what, it is still showingIn Process under theOrder Status section of Letsbuy.com website.
This whole issue was completely unexpected to me from a website like Letsbuy.:(
