I have never bought any thing from LetsBuy, never had the courage too. Have been following reviews since the time they have started. As per reviews go, I have noticed that they are prone not to deliver your product on time. Customer care is worthless and items like LCD/LED are often second hand ( used as Demo Products in Stores).
One of my Friend Works in FLIPKART and I have heard from him that LetsBuy has been bought by FlipKart,
may be that’s why they have started responding to reviews to improve their market image, so that later they can merge easily. Today I bought a Belkin Gold 8 Port Surge protector, had research on it for a few days, LetsBuys was the cheapest in terms of price, how ever I paid Rs70 Extra and bought it from AdexMart. Better Safe than Sorry.
One day, I will buy some thing from LetsBuy, maybe the day I see 5-10 consecutive good reviews here or if they sell under the Flipkart brand name
