I think I should have followed up mouthshut reviews before visiting LetsBuy site. As I did not do this, I am now suffering. I placed the order LSB 957570 on 29th morning. The delivery time committed to me was 3-5 working days. As nothing happened for next 2 days, I called them on Monday 02-Apr-12. Customer service executive politely replied that my order is in process and will get dispatched today. He also mentioned that we took your orders as we have the stocks. I assumed they probably will dispatch on 02-Apr-12. However nothing happened.
I then wrote email to customer service on Tuesday 03-Apr-12. I did not receive any response from them on my email. Instead I received separate email that my shipment is delayed. I then called the customer support executive, but he was not in a position to give any commitment on the delivery dates. He simply kept saying that the order will be delivered At the earliest which literally means nothing. Now the funny thing is that they even are not ready to cancel the order. The customer support executive keeps saying that it will be delivered at the earliest.
This is hopeless service from an e-commerce site. There is no way I am going buy anything from Lets Buy in future.
