I have purchased Jabra Wave Headset(Model No. JBRA 20150), Order No. 923428 from LetsBuy on 14th Mar12, the delivery of which I recieved on 19th Mar12. At the time of delivery I could not check whether the device was working properly or not because Letsbuys delivery man told me that it was against the companys policy for the customer to check the device before accepting the order. Though I was surprised to hear this, I had no option, but to accept the headset without checking it.
After paying for the headset I was extremely disappointed to find out that the company had palmed a faulty headset to me. Neither does the headset get connected with my phones nor does it get charged.
I have been following up with their customer care since 21st Mar12(most of the time no one answers the phone) and my problem has not been resolved. I am afraid to say that your customer service team completely lacks customer focus. Take for example last weeks case - your representative, priya gave me
2 numbers of Jabras Customer Care. Both those numbers are always switched off.
I would like to point out that so far I have always bought products from FlipKart and never ever have I faced an issue like this. This is the first time I bought something from LetssBuy and I am disappointed.
The management of LetsBuy have not left me with any option, but to sue them in the court of Law.
Extremely Disappointed!
