MY Order was not shipped

I placed an order for samsung galaxy Y on 20-10-2011.

The order id is LSB-512184.

I got a tracking number of bluedart from your team, which was wrong.

As confirmed by bluedart, the tracknumber was not on my name.

It was to some other guy from some other person..

So please let me know the status of the order.

Still I am unable to reach you on call. After a long waiting , the call was being disconnected.
