I placed the order for 10 hand blender, they took the order and later send me a mail ... NO phone call, just a mail that your item is not in stock, let us know if you want the money back.
WTF, if Item is not in stock why was it listed, and even if this happened, what do you meant by if you want the money back !!! If you would have mentioned that item will be in stock after a week, whether you would like to wait OR get refund, still I can understand. You are telling me it is not in stock and there is no mention whether you are procuring it or not. You should have refunded the money immediately.
Money is still not refunded, my CC statement is generated, Now I have to pay the CC dues, and wait for refund for Items NOT in Stock.

Order was placed on 16th October and got cancel by letsbuy on 17th or 18th October. Refund didnt came despite reminder, finally on 2nd November I complaint to Citibank, on 4th I filed Credit Card Transaction Despute form, on 5th November Citibank raised the issue with letsbuy and only then I got the refund.
Thank god transaction was through credit card, had it been net banking OR draft/ Cheque, I would have lost my money forever. That is the fact.
