I ordered a HCL laptop  Cleaning kit (order no:  LSB-843049)  on 11th of February 2012. The promised date of delivery as advertised on the site was 4-7 days. It is already 6 days and I am yet to hear anything form them. The website says that my order is in process. I raised a ticket querying what was the status of my order but worse they did not even bother to reply to that. I have never had such a pathetic online shopping experience as I am having with letsbuy.com. Worse, I tried calling up their customer care and all what happened was I was help up for minutes after minutes with no response.  No wonder letsbuy.com had to sell their business to someone more qualified to do it.


I would suggest all my friends to never order anything on letsbuy.com.
