Useless shopping website

I ordered a pair of headphones for someone as a birthday gift on 11th(order no. LSB 781147). The order is still’in process’ after 6 days!As if things couldn’t get any worse, I just received an email from them telling me that the shipment has been DELAYED due to’unavoidable circumstances’.Not only that, all this happened after I talked to customer support TWICE informing them of sending the product urgently as it is a birthday gift.


As this is the first time I am ordering something from this site, I am thoroughly disappointed. I have been a regular shopper on other online shopping sites such as flipkart.com, yebhi.com, shopperstop.com, etc. & they ship the product in max 48 hrs. So my advice to fellow shoppers is never to shop from this website as you’ll only face bitterness.
