My 22 days of Horror with letsbuy.

My 22 days of horror started on 11th of January when I placed my order no LSB 782111 which includes( 1 x Samsung NC Series Laptop NP-NC110-A02IN.


Free: Branded Anti Virus+ Branded 4GB Pen Drive). I payed with my SBI netbanking. The website said they would deliver the product within 4-7 working days that means within 19th January. I frantically waited everyday till 14th January when my account of letsbuy.com was showing the order was under process.


I called up customer care and asked that what is the matter.they casually replied me to wait till 19th. I waited till 19th but there was reply from customer care. The customer care of the letsbuy is the worst part, they don’t know anything other than to console you. I made numerous call and several email but did not get the product till 27th. But the branded antivirus is yet to reach my place till now. Today is 2.2.2012. guys don’t go for this site rather go for flipkart.com which is much more better than letsbuy.


Don’t fall in the pray of cheap price. You will end up spending more money by calling customer care and losing your sleep.
