Do not order, not reliable

Not a reliable seller, do not order, I ordered an item ORDER No - 75579, while it was in stock, the system accepted the order all the payment details were cleared and after 5 days I receive a message (email) saying it has been delayed.


Saying due to high volume of orders they were not able to deliver it and on asking how come system accepted the order if it was not in stock, it was said to be a technical glitch which baffles me as tomorrow they might say payment was never realized.


Where as same day my friend ordered the same item at 200 Rs extra at another site and he got the same product delivered within 4 days of order a day after I get a call for taking another product instead of what was ordered, without realizing the implication.


(I know they would say we are not responsible for) but because of this equipment compatibility I bought another product and now I am stuck.


Finally after 2 days I cancelled this order and it was said it will take 21 working days to refund the money, what a b#$$t, I am going to blog about it as well so others don’t get hurt a BIG NO NO for this site, first experience very bad, don’t order at all, please.
