Disaster in the history of indian online shopping

I placed an order(no LSB-269613) for LG-optimus 1, delivery time for which is 2-4 days, on letsbuy using SBI Maestro ATM card on 2nd august. The amount has been debited from my account but when I called the customtakeouter care they said that they have not received it yet. I wonder how long does it take for amount transaction to take place coz its 5th of august now. After reading all these bad reviews against letsbuy I have quite started regretting buying from this site. customtakeouter satisfaction is very low for this site, and it really needs to improve on that field(seriously).


And for three days in the shipping information header I am continuously seeing "Status update awaited from the delivery service".  Now what does that suppose to mean when the product has not been dispatched from letsbuy itself?


I hope my delivery doesn’t get TOO MUCH DELAYED coz its already DELAYED.
