I had ordered 2 products via letsbuy order no LSB 724895 on 16th Dec. on 22nd december I received a courier with just one of the product and that too was found defective on opening. The same along with photo of the defective webcam were reported to letsbuy via email the same day, but there was no response / acknowledgement of the same.
Since then I have been chasing the replacement of defective wecam and delivery of the headphones with their call centre, who keep giving me all kind of assurance but no action happens on the same. I am an active online shopper and can say with confidence that Letsbuy has the worst possible order-management and customer-support.
Never buy from them.
