I had ordered an LG optimus 2x and had a similar experience as mentioned in one of the reviews here. Their website SLA is that the product will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Over a period of three days, these guys just kept fooling us that the product will be shipped in 24-48 hours. On the 5th day, they said that the product was not even there with them. It was really frustrating, we just cancelled our order. I was really apprehensive about when they would credit the amount back but thankfully they did credit it back after a good 7-8 days.
Don’t buy anything from here. They don’t deliver on time and when you call up they just keep saying the same crap to you over and over again. They never give out the correct order status and just try to fool the customer.
