They cheat with the coupons.

I was trying to order sony ercisson mini and this showed a pricing of 11580 or something with the coupon code. The portal indeed accepted the coupon code (LBCASHBACK350db7c5-629 Rs, LBCASHBACK7472663b- 814 Rs).


They showed the pricing as 12200 - 814 and then when I was about to place an order they did not complete the order and informed that the coupon was invalid.The same happened for both Credit Card Payment and Cash on delivery payment.


Ideally they should not have showed a lower price. They loose a customer because they are not reliable. I would rather use flipkart.com. They don’t cheat and they are upfront frank in their pricing.
