I had ordered Galaxy Y from letsbuy.com (Order ID is: LSB-687620). I was initially apprehensive about purchasing it online as I don’t trust online shopping. But since Lets Buy was offering an EMI Option I thought of giving it a try and ordered it. I received my order in 3 days which was faster than I had expected however they charged the full amount from my Credit Card. I called their customer care for support & had to wait for more than 7 mins but nobody answered my call. I tried calling 4 times but had to face the same problem each time.
I spent around Rs 20-30/- in calling their useless customer support department. Not only that I also mailed them 4 times & got a reply from them once that they have cross checked my order and it shows that I had taken a 6 months EMI Option. I mailed them again asking them why did they charge full amount from me then? But haven’t yet got any reply from them since last 3 days.
My issue is solved.
