Worst service-product not delivered yet(30 days)

I have ordered two items on nov 13th 2011.The products are  supposed to be delivered in 2-4 working days, but not delivered yet even after 28 days.The status in online shopping is showing as "the product is dispatched on Nov 15th 2011".


The service provided by lets buy is the worst one .Letsbuy is a bunch of cheaters.Don’t go for letsbuy online shopping.Even we call so many times to customer service it’s waste of time and money.They are not taking any action too.
