I have purchased a laptop from you guys and now I am writing another review cause I want you to understand that if people are nice with you doesn’t mean that you take us for a ride.


You sent me the right laptop after me posting review here and writing an email to your CEO and other stuff. Now, when I get the product it doesn’t have all that you promised. I was promised that I would receive a Sandisk USB 8GB Drive and Alcatel X090 3G Data Card along with it. Now, I have received the Sandisk 8GB USB drive but I have not received the Alcatel X090 3G Data Card.


I placed this order on October 1, 2011 when it was clearly mentioned that I would be getting these goodies. I’ve ordered the laptop from you guys just cause of thios reason otherwise I was getting this from my regular shopping website Flipkart at same price. What value add has you provided me to stick with you guys, your information is always incorrect.


I appreciate the help from the guy in your team Pawan, who called me several times and helped me with things but it’s not justified.


Please ship out the Alcatel X090 3G Data Card as promised asap and also let me know the status of my refund amount. It was told that it would take 7 to 10 working days but your team said that they have still not heard from your internal finance department, what the hell do I need to do with it. It seems like I am going to some lala shop and he gives me silly excuses like this, you guys have a process atleast try to follow it.


This is my last humble request to you guys that please call me asap ans send out the Alcatel X090 3G Data Card and my refund status, we should be good from here or I would need to use my skills to get work done.


PS: When I first posted my review your recommendation was 71% in 3 days it has dipped to 69% imagine what could a news do. I am just fed up of you guys and that is why I am loosing my temper and saying things which I never say to any one.


Do what you promised for my order and at least you would have 2 reviews with positive recommendation.
