Worst online shopping experience in Letsbuy.com

The worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a product on Letsbuy.com (Order # LSB-779933) on 10th Jan. Till date, the status is’In process’. Whenever I mail them, there is no reply with the update on the status.


When I call their customer care no, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!.I have tried at least 5 times and the same state! When sites like Flipkart.com can deliver in 2 days time, to wait for 8 days without knowing the status of your product is DISGUSTING!. Terrible experience - pl DO NOT use this website for ANY SHOPPING!
