Very awful first time experience

I placed an order with Letsbuy.com on 21st Dec, 2011 (Order number: LSB-734942).

The product is not yet delivered. This is so awful. Being the first time, I was very apprehensive about placing an order with letsbuy. However, I thought giving them a try. That’s where I went wrong. I shouldn’t have trusted them. Add to this the state of their customer service. Its in shambles. You call them and keep waiting untill you disconnect the call out of frustration. They make you wait on your own charges. This is so unethical.

I think they are no match to flipkart.com. They might have more varieties in their kitty. However all these are useless unless they don’t learn to deliver the product on time. Whole experience of dealing with letsbuy has left a very bad taste. I don’t think I am going to deal with them ever and won’t recommend my friends and colleagues to do so.
