Tracking number wrong:11 days gone.

I ordered a pen drive on 24-Dec-2011. The status got updated on 26-Dec-2011 to dispatched on 26-DEC-2011 at 6:10 pm via blue dart with tracking number 43835078932.


When I check the tracking number on blue dart site it shows wrong tracking number. Its been 29-Dec-2011. still the tracking number is wrong and I have not received the product yet. Called customer care. were unable to give me the right tracking number and exact status.


The ORDER NO is **LSB-742686.


The Customer care keeps on saying wait for 2 days. Finally arrogantly he says wait for 4-7 days. Your shipment will get delivered. Even on mouthshut.com the manager says one person will contact you on DEc292011. The tracking number still not updated.


Can anyone tell if I should complain at Consumer court against letsbuy and also if needed?
