Tracking shows delivered to wrong address

I ordered a LED tv on 23 Dec 2011. Status was updated on 27 Dec as  dispatched and provided a tracking number 43835087531. Now the problem starts here.


Till 29 Dec the bluedart website says number not found, on 30 Dec the  website says delivered to a city Muzaffarnagar, UP while my actual  shipping address is Visakhapatnam, AP. I just don’t understand what is  happening. When I contacted customer service they said they are  forwarding the issue to logistics dept. and they will get back to me  with an update. Still waiting.


I am just not interested in paying for sending my product to someone else. Will ask for a refund if I don’t receive my order by Tuesday.


Just the worst service. This is my first and last purchase at letsbuy.com.
