PS3 not shipped despite promising many times!!

I would start by saying don’t go by their huge discounts.They take a lot of time in delivering the product. I fell for them after hearing about its hype and ordered a Playstation 3 320gb, order # 321778, and that too prepaying the amount trusting its huge popularity on Monday, 22nd August. Since then I have called them up thrice asking whereabouts but they always say they willl ship within 48 hours which they don’t. I have completely lost hope and I think that my money also has been lost as with this kind of attiitude, I dont think I can even get my money refunded.


If someone from LetsBuy stumbles upon this, please take some urgent action.


update: After 2 weeks, i.e. 2nd September I have got my product delivered with all accessories as promised. A very big thank you to Mr. Pawan from Letsbuy Grievances Department who helped me and kept me updated every day until I got my product. Hence I am updating my review on the basis of this but still my advice to Letsbuy.com is to improve its delivery time soon or they are gonna lag big time in online retail space.
