Let's Buy woes to woo hoo :)

I placed an order for Razer Carcharias Headphone on 25th August 2011, and the status is still stuck at Ready to ship. I have already called them twice and each time they say that the product will be shipped within the next 48 to 72 hours. I am losing my patience as I really need that headphone as soon as possible. This was a trial purchase for me, thought if the experience was pleasant I would definitely buy more products from them, but it turned out sour. Too bad for them they lost a potential good customer.


Fortunately I opted for Cash on Delivery, and that saved me from a possible headache.

I have got my Razer Carcharias headphone on 8-9-2011. The package and the product was in great condition and was accompanied by a proper invoice.
