Frustating service by letsbuy

I bought nokia c2-03 on 22nd aug from letsbuy.com. my order id is LSB-321377. On 25th the status was changed from confirmed to ready to ship. From 25th wenevr I call them they say it will b shipped in 2-3 days bt till date it has not been shipped. Today wen I called it said it will b shipped in 2-3 days n delivered by 6-7 days. I m fed up  with their service. they hve made my first online shopping xperience a nightmare.

I got call from Letsbuy yesterday. They had told  that it will be shipped by today but till now I hve nt got any update. I m exteremely dissappointed wid such a bad response. I m highly frustated as their least bothered abt my product. I regret y I choose letsbuy.
