Not a good site to shop online

I do a lot of online shopping, This site has good price but very bad customer service & badly organised company. In summary, if your product gets delivered and in good shape, it is good deal but once out of 10, you will endup with either no delivery of product OR with faulty product.


If product is not delivered and you call customer care, they will have no idea but they will always tell you it is ready to ship and will be shipped by today or tomorrow!!


If product received is faulty or damaged, they will ask you to contact manufacturer, if manufacturer says it is not their fault, and after a lot of peruse, lets buy will ask you to send images, and after some peruse, it will ask you to courier the product back at your own cost, saying they will check if it is their fault or not.. No guarantee of replacement. At last you will give up on them.


Please check my other reviews, I do give positive reviews too and I am generous, whatever I have written is 100% true for most users / transactions. I have bought 20+ products from them, mainly because I have RCOMLB1 voucher, which gives you 15% discount or Rs 1000 whichever is less on all products.


In short, unless their customer service, business process and ethics improves, I will not use them once RCOMLB1 voucher expires.


I like ebay better than this, though ebay can be risky for not experienced users, as there are a lot of duplicate product, but as an experience user I always get good deal and whenever there is any dispute like damaged product, ebay get it picked up at seller cost and I get replacement or 100% refund in my credit card. Similarly future bazar, edigiworld are also good with refund. eDigiworld refund me Rs 90, 000 recently, though I was not optimistic for this refund, considering huge amount.
