My order id is LSB - 966236. I ordered 3 electronic items online. I have just got 1 and the remaining 2 remain to be delivered. When I call their call center all I get to hear is "Matter has been escalated and we are also waiting to hear back from our procurement". I have shopped on Flipkart.com and can vouch that they are 1000x better than letsbuy.com. These guys just don’t have a business model in place - I think all they have done is open a website and just thrown some products on the website - there is no stock, no procurement process, no certainty whether the products really exist with their suppliers.
Please don’t shop on letsbuy.com... it’s just not worth the pain you go through after you push the PAY button.
