Ordered a 42" LED TV online(LSB-1053932) paid with a credit card for 60k. No confirmation email after purchasing. Called them several times and was promised that it will be delivered in 10 working days.
When I called them after 15 days they just said that it is out of stock and it was not sent.15 days of our time has been wasted bcoz of false promises.
To add to that, refund will take a month. That means, I can not use my credit card to purchase it from somewhere else for a month. amazing people! Who knows, they might declare bankruptcy before the refund is done. I shall report this to consumer forum.
I don’t recommend them at all. they are not at all reliable and their customer service is pathetic.
