I have recently purchased some thing from letsbuy.com but when I have opened the packet at the time of delivery, I found a soap instead of my product. I tried to call up their customer care, till 7mins I was on hold, after that customer care executive picked up my call. I told that guy that I want to talk with senior, after 10mins he transferred the call to supervisor (Mr. Rajesh Prasad).
I have explained the issue, but he said he want the pics, he was so rude to me, later on I had a word with their Team Leader (Mr. Shabab Ahmad). That person is really not fit for any industry. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Overall, I will say, letsbuy.com just needs to improve their services & give training to seniors like shabab & rajesh.
