I bought a samsung microwave from letsbuy and waiting for them to ship the product
after 4 days they told me that my payment was not confirmed and I need to submit some documents like credit card photostat address proof etc for that. I explained that I paid it through net banking so how could I give credit card photostat. so they informed me that my amount would be refunded back to me and order would be cancelled.. I waited for few day s and meanwhile I bought from another site. after again 4 days on 30th aug they despatched my order. I called them and they told me not to receive the order and the amount would be refunded once the order reaches them back. it was ok from me. after 7 days the order reached me and I refused it and it had been 20 days since then but the item did not reach them. the customer care replies after 2-3 days to a mail and give same ans to the queries and still they are saying it would take around 10 days to give refund. no follow up for the order. Very poor. I will definitely avoid letsbuy in future
update on 3rd oct:- finally got my refund...thanks to the team from letsbuy who looks into mouthshut reviews..after my review they called me and expedited my matter and I got my refund...
please try to maintain services like this in the place so no one writes such reviews.
i have used letsbuy 4 times before with COD and would continue to use letsbuy but only through cash on delivery...this was my first experience with prepaid option and I saw the consequences
