Order cancelled ( LSB-407492,LSB-407567)

This is msg from frustated customtakeouter. I ordered two samsung laptops on 22nd sep.And now letsbuy executives hace called to inform that my orders cant be entertained. reasons given by two different excecutives:




  1. Boy ( I dont remember the name called on 24th sep): Products are not available. but as I insisted to deliver the orders, he agreed for same but with condition that it will take 10 days to deliver. ( you can check the call records of company)




  2. Shayna (26th sep): told me that products cant be delivered becasue at the time of booking the order, products were available but now its not....MY GOD, how can you say this statement. This means that you sold my ordered laptops to some other person? ( you can check the cal records)




  3. boy ( he didnt tell his name, 26th sep): Reason given by him is that samsung has refused to provide the inventory and hence has to cancel the order. WHY YOU MAD PEOPLE ARE BLAMING A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG FOR SINS DONE BY YOU. (again you can check the call records)






If CEO and COO of this company ( Hitesh / Amanpreet) are reading my msg, then pls wake from your cozy beds and listen to grivences of your customtakeouters. How can a co. like letsbuy can frauds like this.Also all customtakeouter care execustives are giving different reasons...there is definately some FISHY


ALSO, STOP DELETING NEGATIVE COMMENTS/ FEEDBACK FROM YOUR PAGE. YOU CANT RUNAWAY FROM BLUNDERS DONE BY YOU. LET OTHER PEOPLE ALSO NOW HOW YOU TREAT YOUR customtakeoutERS.


YOUR EXEUTIVE IS TELLING ME THAT YOU HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEN WHY YOU ARE NOT HIGHLIGHTING THIS FACT WHEN customtakeoutER IS PURCHASING THE PRODUCT.IF YOU WILL TELL THIS FACT IN ADVANCE, NO BODY IS GOING TO BUY FROM YOU.


AS FAR AS I KNOW YOUR PROCEDURES, YOU DONT PUT A PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE FOR SALE UNTILL YOU HAVE THAT PRODUCT IN YOUR WAREHOUSE, THEN HOW CAN YOU GIVE A FAKE REASON LIKE THIS " SAMSUNG IS NOT READY TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT"


I WANT SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM. AND IF STLL YOU ARE GOING T O CANCEL MY ORDER, THEN I NEED CANCELLATION NOTICE IN WRITING WITH DETAILED REASON SO THAT I CAN GO TO CONUSMER COURT.


MY FRNS, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE TILL LETSBUY STARTS HONOURING ITS ORDERS. STOP BUYING.....IT CAN HAPPEN WITH YOU ALSO.
