UNEXPECTED SERVICE FROM LETSBUY

I ORDERED D-LINK ROUTER 2750u ON 2ND APRIL AND THE COMMITTED TIME FOR THE RECEIVING THE SAME WAS 6TH APRIL, ON THAT DAY I GOT MAIL THAT SHIPMENT IS DELAYED DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION, FRANKLY TELLING I WAS TOTALLY FRUSTRATED, CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FIRSTLY THEY DROPPED THE CALL 2-3 TIMES AND WHEN SOMEONE PICKED UP,  SUPPORT GUY SAID WE WILL INFORM YOU ONCE IT WILL BE DISPATCHED.


IS THIS THE SERVICE YOU EXPECT FROM ONE OF THE EMERGING E SHOPPING PORTALS, FINALLY CANCELLED THE ORDER, WOULD NEVER THINK TO BUY FROM LETSBUY.
