No update on the product which i have ordered

I ordered a product from letsbuy.com on 6 th of april the (order no:LSB-978956) with advance payment


till now the order status says in process nothing is getting updated they are least bothered about the customers


i have sent so many tickets on this product and every time it says it will be addressed in 48 hours and nothing happens. this is the worst every service I have seen on online shopping. they are just keeping money with them and not delivering the items asap to earn interest on that. They don’t even bother to mails I have sent this is


very bad website and I would suggest not to shop on this website.


Now I have raised a ticket to cancel my order by same thing no reply for that too.


i think I need to go to consumer court to get my money.
