Poor service and didn't ship the product

I purchased a Samsung galaxy y pro duos and a camera pouch from Letsbuy.com. For samsung galaxy they took almost 10 days and when I called customer case they asked me to wait for 3-4 more days. After so many calls to customer care they replied back asking me to select another product as the product is not available in their stores.


They took almost 15 days and they failed to deliver the product. If the product is not available they should atleast indicate that the product is out of stock.


Finally, they asked me to cancel the product. So, I cancelled the product and purchased from another online store.


My suggestion is to think twice before you place any order in this site. You can better choose another site. If you dont find in other sites, then we dont have an option(Just like camera pouch which I liked in this site).
