I have bought a few products from this website as I found their collection to be great. Though I have no issues with their website, price and shipment, I am very unhappy with their customer service. Recently I got a faulty product (a torch) and when I requested customer service to replace it, they completely ignored my request. Not sure if it is a strategy to push substandard product.
I will not buy from this website again.
