Wrong item delivered - order no:LSB-554173

I had ordered a bluetooth headset from letsbuy and two days later the package was delivered to me. however the contents of the package was not what I had ordered for. they had sent me a travel adapter instead. called up customer care who took the complaint and said that I will receive a call from them. I did receive a call and was told that I will get my shipment in five working days. called them 3 days later and they say that they have not shipped the package yet, so raised another complaint and now I am waiting.
